Turkish chicken in the oven

Ingredients


  • chicken: chicken (chopped and cleaned)
  • – Onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • garlic: cloves (crushed)
  • tomatoes: 2 tablets (peeled and finely chopped)
  • Tomato paste: a tablespoon
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper: half a teaspoon
  • Salt: half a teaspoon
  • hot green pepper: horn (finely chopped)
  • Mixed spices: half a teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: a quarter of a teaspoon (ground)
  • lemon juice: 1 tablet
  • How to prepare
  • Mix chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, hot pepper and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
  • Put the mixture in a plate, add black pepper, mixed spices, salt, cinnamon and stir to mix.
  • Then add lemon juice and my heart.
  • Season the shredded chicken with the mixture until it is completely covered, cover the dish, and leave the chicken overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Put the chicken with the marinade in an oven tray, cover it with tin foil, and put it in the oven on a medium heat for an hour until the chicken is cooked.
  • Remove the tin and brown the chicken and serve hot on the side of rice or salad.
