Ingredients
- Four chicken breasts (boneless and skinless).
- Pinch of salt and black pepper.
- cup and a half of Italian breadcrumbs.
- ½ teaspoon red pepper and ½ tablespoon chopped parsley.
- Half a teaspoon of garlic powder and half a teaspoon of black pepper.
- Half a spoonful of salt.
- cup of flour.
- cup of liquid milk
- big egg
How to prepare
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the ground red pepper, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper and salt and put the mixture in a large plate.
- Beat the egg, add liquid milk to it in a dish and set it aside.
- Put the amount of flour in a flat dish. Divide the chicken breast into two slices by passing a sharp knife horizontally to make the slice thin. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken strips.
- Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then cover it well with flour, then return it and cover it with eggs and finally cover it with breadcrumbs.
- Repeat with all chicken strips. Heat a little vegetable oil in a wide frying pan, place the chicken strips and let them brown on each side for five minutes or until they are well cooked.
