Ingredients
- Shami Arabic bread.
- 3 cups (750 g) chicken, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves.
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
- 1/3 cup (equivalent to 85g) of lemon juice.
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
- Salt to taste.
How to prepare
- Mix all the ingredients together, then put the mixture in a large baking tray.
- Heat the oven to a temperature of two hundred degrees Celsius.
