Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients


  • Shami Arabic bread.
  • 3 cups (750 g) chicken, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
  • 1/3 cup (equivalent to 85g) of lemon juice.
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
  • Salt to taste.

How to prepare


  • Mix all the ingredients together, then put the mixture in a large baking tray.
  • Heat the oven to a temperature of two hundred degrees Celsius.
  • Put the tray into the oven until the mixture is cooked, and the water is absorbed
